Leith Bowling Club, Social News Updated 28th April 2005 Sportsman's Dinner: A dinner will be held at Leith on Saturday 30th April 2005 in honour of Robert Storrier and Bill McMurdo who have both received an honorary membership of Leith Bowling Club. The award is in recognition of the many years of service Bob and Bill have given to the club as Treasurer & Secretary and members of the board of directors. Guest speaker for the evening will be Willie Lyall who entertained the members at the 2004 smoker. Other guests include Davie Dewar, president of The Edinburgh Bowling League & Stuart McFarlane from Craigentinny.
